The Oracles is a unit part of the Dread Elves faction.

Oracles are the main magic users of the Dread Elves' army. They are known for using mind games, manipulation the emotions for their own gain. Meeting the gaze of an orcale supposedly makes you feel like all your secrets are laid out in front of them ^{^[1]}. ^{^[2]}

It's been reported that oracles can use their magic to bring up fogs to confuse naval battles. Also leading enemy ships on wild meaningless chases. ^{^[1]}
